Genuine hospitality has the power to lift you up from the everyday and create a spark of magic. The food, drinks, atmosphere, people – even if it’s temporary, the memory of a feeling you get can last a lifetime. Eevery time I step out the front door, I'm thinking of where to eat next (if I haven’t already planned ahead!).
