Born and bred in Hong Kong, she pursued her Bachelor of Media Studies at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada. Yet, her roots firmly pulled her back to where her heart resides in a place she fondly calls "Home Kong".
A food writer and storyteller, Natalie first began in the Arts industry with a background in digital marketing and graphic design before turning her heels into F&B – and never looking back.
Her ethos has always been about authenticity and uncovering the core essence of who we truly are. “People connect to people.” And this is no different with food. From chefs, to mixologists, to restaurant owners, to the best front-of-house staff - guests feel every ounce of our energy.
Her deeply-rooted curiosity and knowledge of F&B lets her know exactly how to bring a smile to the face of anyone she meets. Her current work with Feste Group as Head of Brand and Marketing and organiser of Young Chef Young Waiter Young Mixologist in her home city is living proof of that.
